Q: What do I do if I forget my user ID?
A: You should call HomecareWeb support on +31 30 2488888 if you are based in The Netherlands or +44 870 6099105 if you are in the UK. Full contact information can be accessed by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the Login screen.
Q: What do I do if I forget my password?
A: Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Log in screen. You will be required to enter your user ID. A new password will be immediately sent to your email address.
Q: Are Login ID's and Passwords case sensitive?
A: Yes, this is to enhance security into the site.
